how we work
RepRipe adopts a service delivery system that is built on maximum honesty, transparency, and professionalism, making sure we help our clients bring their ideas and vision to life. To achieve this, we use a 3-step process which includes:
Step 1: Initial Consultation- Our service delivery starts right from when you walk through our door with an idea or solution to a problem wondering how best to put it to work.
Step 2: Follow up Appointment- Once we listen to your idea, we will follow up with some more questions and then schedule a follow-up appointment where we try to understand your project scope better, discussing how best to achieve the needed result.
Step 3: We then move on to intensive market research to see what is already out on the market. At this stage, two situations follow:
- THE PRODUCT EXISTS IN MARKET: We notify you of the current competition, ensuring proper transparency all through. We will not begin developing a product until we are both confident.
- THE PRODUCT DOES NOT EXIST: If the product does not exist, then we will start with the product development phase. We first start with a proof of concept design and prototype that is relatively cheap to prove the product’s vital functions. We then move on to product appearance, providing the customer the option to pick a design that is appealing to the targeted customer. Once we agree on a model, we start getting ready for production.
While at it, we advise our client to obtain a patent for their product. We will do a basic patent search to make sure their idea isn’t owned by someone else and refer them to a trusted patent attorney.
